The Pre-Event Workshop will be held by Prof. Dr. Cornelia Rauh from Technische Universität Berlin on Monday, 8th May, from 9:00-17:00. It aims at providing an overview on modern, theoretical methods for process design and optimization in food and bioprocessing. Prof. Rauh will cover aspects such as

Prof. Dr. Cornelia Rauh is full professor for Food Biotechnology and Food Process Engineering at Technische Universität Berlin. Her area of expertise covers fluid mechanics with a strong focus on modelling and simulation of emerging food processing technologies.
